Technical problems involving the SharePoint server, such as service outages or inability to log on, can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Department or team SharePoint site collection owners are responsible for end-user support and training for their respective department or team SharePoint users. Support contact information for the site collection owners/administrators can be found on the individual site collections. MySite users should also contact their individual sponsored department or team site collection owner for questions and support relating to MySites.
Pilot site owners who have technical questions/problems can email email@example.com for help.
The UW SharePoint Community, which includes site owners, will also be available to answer general questions, including best practices & SharePoint "how to" questions for pilot and production site owners. The UW SharePoint Community can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
